1. Program description
Mercura Scout sends transactional SMS messages to subscribed users: tender match alerts, bid pack confirmations and account messages. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
2. How you opt in
By providing your mobile number during sign-up and confirming a verification code, you give your express consent to receive SMS messages from Mercura Scout. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message frequency
Frequency varies based on your trade, service area and job-size filters. Most users receive between 2 and 20 messages per month.
4. Message and data rates
Standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Check with your carrier for details.
5. How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. To resume, reply START or sign in to your account and re-enable alerts.

7. Supported carriers
Major US carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8. Privacy
Mobile numbers and message content are handled according to our privacy policy. We do not share mobile numbers with third parties for their marketing.

We may update these messaging terms from time to time. Continued use of SMS alerts after an update means you accept the updated terms.
